FAQ

Difference between VALETING AND DETAILING?

A valet focuses on thoroughly cleaning your vehicle inside and out, leaving it fresh, tidy and well-maintained. Detailing goes a step further by restoring and protecting your vehicle through specialist techiniques such as emachine polishing, paint correction and cermaic coating. At Elite Auto Group, we offer both services, tailoring each package to suit your vehicle and goals.

fREQUENTLY asked questions

We're here to answer all the questions you may have about valet & detailing.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD i HAVE MY CAR PROFESSIONAL VALETED?

For most vehicles we recommend a professional valet every 4-8 weeks to maintain your cars appearance and protect its surfaces. If you regularly drive long distances, have children or pets, or your vehicle is exposed to the elements, more frequent maintenance can help preserve its condition.

how long does a valet take?

The time required depends on the size and condition of your vehicle, as well as the service you've booked. A maintenance valet may take around 1-2 hours, while a full interior and exterior detail can take 2-4 hours. We'll always provide an estimated completion time when you book.

what is a ceramic coating?

Ceramic coating is a durable protective layer applied to your vehicles paintwork. It helps repel water, dirt and contaminants while making your vehicle easier to clean and enhancing gloss. Although it's not scratch-proof, it provides long lasting protection against every day environmental damage and UV exposure.
